Așa cum era de așteptat, Bad Bunny a condus lista nominalizări cu 10 astfel de propuneri, dar nu a fost singurul. Edgar Barrera, Rauw Alejandro sau Christina Aguilera au primit și ei multe nominalizări, așa cum le stă bine unor artiști cu milioane de vizualizări la piese.
Unele dintre cele mai vânate categorii de anul acesta au fost Record of the Year și Album of the Year, iar cele mai așteptate momente au fost cele ale Shakirei, ale lui Marc Anthony, Rosalia, dar și The Weeknd.
