A 60-a gală a Premiilor Grammy și-a anunțat favoriții. Ceremonia a avut loc aseară, la New York, și a fost găzduită de James Corden. Bruno Mars a fost marele câștigător al serii și a plecat acasă cu șase trofee.

Bruno Mars a câștigat la toate cele șase categorii la care a fost nominalizat, deși favorit părea a fi Jay-Z. Soțul lui Beyonce a avut cele mai multe nominalizări: opt la număr.

Mars aproape că nu a avut rival la categoriile ”Piesa anului”, ”Albumul anului”, ”Cea mai bună piesă R&B”. Kendrick Lamar și-a adjudecat și el patru trofee, printre care ”Cel mai bun album rap” și ”Cel mai bun cântec rap”.
